UNIVERSITY OF UNITED ANGELES NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT

University of United Angeles is committed to unity in diversity, equal education, and employment opportunities for all people. Therefore the administration and university personnel shall not discriminate based on national origin, race, handicap, sex, color, or sexual orientation.

The University shall also not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on age or because they are veterans or disabled veterans. In addition, the University shall administer student programs including admissions and student services without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

The University is committed to a policy against legally impermissible, arbitrary, or unreasonable discriminatory practices. All groups operating under the authority of the University Chancellor and the University Board of Trustees, including administration, faculty, student governments, University-owned residence halls, and programs sponsored by the University, shall be governed by this policy of non-discrimination.
